Terms of service

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from our custom costume range you engage in our site agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced here in. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with our standard Terms of Service. If there is any contradiction between these terms the standard Terms of Service will apply. 

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand and agree that the custom deposit Fee  of 50% is non-refundable.The Fee is construed as a deposit on the costume that is depicted in the design sketch and will be deducted from the final price of the costume. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel and refund the deposit Fee at any time. 

Custom order costumes Costumes will not be reserved until the 50% deposit Fee is paid.We reserve the right to increase or change the Fee amount at any time at our sole discretion.  The currency conversion for other currencies will be determined by the Shopify Exchange Rate system and will be calculated at checkout.  

We make every effort to ensure our design sketches are an accurate representation of our final product, however there may be some discrepancies between the sketches and the final costume.We reserve the right to make minor changes to costumes at our sole discretion and without notice. This includes minor changes in colour, material and style etc.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand and agree that refunds on the Fee will not be accepted due to any of the mentioned Major changes in design may qualify for a refund of the deposit Fee at our sole discretion. 

The price for the final costume will be provided with the “custom order sketch”Listing prior to starting any work on custom items The price provided with the Listing does not include shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The price of the costume as provided with the listing is final and cannot be altered. The price of the costume provided with the Listing is the price for the completed costume including all accessories described in the listing.The price listed with the listing is in Australian dollars and any currency conversions will be provided by Shopify at the time of final purchase. 

We make every effort to ensure our costumes are completed by the date described.  however there may be delays in our production from time to time. I will do my best to update you of any delays. The costume will be considered finished and available for dispatch at the time the final payment notification email is sent, not the time payment is made. 

You understand that we will not be responsible for any delay in communication as a result of incorrect or incomplete information being provided by you, the purchaser. You may cancel your reservation on a costume at any time, however your 50% Fee will be considered to be forfeited and will not be refunded. If you cancel no further charges will be applicable and there is no obligation to purchase the final product.Any cancellations on a custom products are final and cannot be reinstated. You understand that the deposit Fee is non-transferable and cannot be canceled and then used on a different design. You understand that it cannot be canceled and then reinstated on the same costume if you change your mind.

Cancellations to custom orders on a custom will result in the design being released for purchase the general public.If you cancel your reservation and then later choose to purchase the finished costume, the reservation fee will not be deducted from your purchase and the full amount as listed on our website will be due.
