All custom costumes have a minimum starting price of $350 Australian dollars. Everything is priced individually based upon complexity of design, fabric selection, trim and embellishments. 
 There is a 2 month advanced notice for your custom order. All design details and deposits must be finalized at that time. If you require your costume sooner than 2 months, there will be a ($60 + $40 each additional If more than one costume) rush fee added to your invoice.
 
A sketch of your design will then be sent, including all materials used and pricing details, which must be approved in order to continue. Production will not begin until a 50% deposit is made. All deposits are non-refundable. Please note that once deposit is made, any changes made to your original design will be at your cost.
You will need  to provide a complete list of measurements in order to ensure proper fitting. We are available for any questions you may have in regards to measuring to ensure the best fit. 

You will be updated with progress along the way and once your order is complete, final payment will be due. Completed costumes with a remaining balance will be posted for sale within 48-hours. 
Custom costumes are non-refundable and non-returnable. Pricing does not include shipping and handling. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your final invoice total. 

Shipping (Domestic & International)

Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at the time of invoicing. Both domestic and international shipping are available.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer. The seller is not responsible fordelays, lost parcels, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will require reshipment at the buyer’s

expense. Refunds will not be issued for failed delivery due to address errors.

note: United States Customs and Border Protection allow up to 45 business days to process inbound items and contact the addressee

Foreign customs matters are pursuant to laws and regulations between the addressee and their government. Australia Post is unable to contact the addressee or contact a foreign customs service to secure or expedite clearance.
